La Casa Materna Rural ha tenido la mayor producción de partos con pertinencia cultural a nivel del Municipio.

En el municipio de San Miguel Acatan la Casa Materna Rural es la única que cuenta con personal certificado del curso de acompañante para la Humanización Adecuación Cultural y Respeto a la Maternidad.
En los sectores de las comunidades del territorio 4 que cubre la Casa Maternas Rural. Desde el año 2020 hasta el año 2025 no se ha registrado ninguna muerte Materna.
